• Collaborate with leadership (VP of Production, VP of Communication, Sr. Post Production Director) to concept, write, and edit audience-targeted promo content from on-air topicals and programming spots to reels, sizzles, and presentations for OTT and digital platforms

• Manage end-to-end promo production, including preproduction planning, scripting, supervising VO talent and graphic designers, creative editing, and final packaging

• Oversee a team of video editors and producers; partner with the marketing and creative teams, while maintaining QC standards before delivering final assets to end users

• Ensure projects align with network goals and meet deadlines
